Training
At ATE we are obsessed with skills development and training. Not only are we accredited with the relevant SETA(s) to offer NQF aligned skills programmes and qualifications, our learning programmes integrate workplace learning to ensure that the learners who participate in our training progrmmes gain experience during training and they are readily employable on completion of the programmes.
Properties
Trading as Zandi Developers (ZD), we have dedicated many years service to champion and develop expertise in the built environment. We are involved in building project management, construction of houses and property development and management. We provided a range construction services for government, commercial and private customers
Farming
ATE keeps growing and we have recently ventured into farming. We do farming just outside Bela Bela in the Limpopo farm and also at a plot in the Mpumalanga Komatipoort area. We specialize in breading Boer Goats, Sheep, Chicken Layers and Egg production. We supply our customers with high quality eggs and livestock for breading or meat at competitive prices.

CATHSSETA
Our qualifications are accredited and qualitity assured by this Seta.
NHBRC
We comply with the requirements to register houses with the NHBRC and ensure quality is gauranteed.
CIDB
Our grading with the CIDB is GB 3 for general building and EP1 for Electrification.
